End-of-Sale Notice: Axcess 6100 Series, Axcess 6000 Series, Edge 5000 Series and Edge 3000 Series
Issue Date: June 30, 2022
End of Sale Date: September 30, 2022
To the Apex Supply Chain Technologies North American Customer and Partner community –
As with many other businesses, Apex Supply Chain Technologies (Apex) continues to deal with the lingering effects of the pandemic, including the slower-than-expected return of labor into the market, rising inflation, and persistent global supply chain headwinds, which are creating some of the most distinctive market challenges faced by Apex to date. Locating parts and subcomponents for new orders for some of our products has turned into a significant challenge, as has predicting their costs and delivery times. What we once could dependably produce in a matter of weeks has become difficult to plan for delivery. Planning and communicating expectations to our partners and customers has always been important to us and is now a significant challenge for certain products, with no clear end in sight.
Due to these challenges, Apex has made the difficult decision that it will no longer accept orders for certain products deployed on our Trajectory Cloud software platform after September 30, 2022. We will continue to honor our commitments to service and repair your existing products. We are clearly excited about the prospects of Ricoh Europe incorporating the Apex Europe community of partners and customers into their vast scale of global operational reach. I wish you all success in this next phase as we are committed to make this transition a successful passage.

New Orders
The last day to order these end-of-sale products is September 30, 2022. The delivery date for new orders is dependent on lead time and parts availability.
Existing Orders
Apex will continue to work with our global supply chain partners to fulfill existing orders and to inform its customers and partners on the status of their orders.
Trajectory Cloud Software Platform
The end-of-sale decision for the above products will not affect our support for the Trajectory Cloud software platform. Apex will continue to provide and maintain our enterprise-grade Trajectory software platform which includes our software workflow applications for enterprise mobile asset management and dispense applications such as FSIT (Forward Stocking IT) and office supplies. This announcement does not alter any previous end-of-sale or end-of-life announcement for other products (such as the Megastore Models 9000, 9500, 9900, EMIS, Axcess 6500 (Mega family), 3000B Cool Bev, Actylus, Edge 3000F, Solo Series and Edge 5000ER).
Support & Parts For End-Of-Sale Products

It is my hope that through this decisive action and transparency of the situation we face, we can continue to earn your partnership and trust as a solution provider for many years to come.
